this headset is less than worthless. if any noise on earth happens like if I swallow or type or think too loudly it interrupts me and goes into a feedback loop of NOISE CANCELLING ON. NOISE CANCELLING OFF. ok I thought the point of the product was for the ANC to constantly be engaged. hence the switch on the headset. why can't it just stay on all the time and stop turning itself off?

Your nc sucks. For business, I want to reduce office noise which is 90% voices of collegues. But you let voice through. It is worthless. Furthermore, you even reduce noise down to the sub bass level, this is what creates unpleasurable sensations usually referred to as "feeling pressure on ears". It is like you let an intern design the dsp.

Great overview! I love videos put together like this. Why does the SKU with the mounting plate also come with a short USB-C cable? What is the purpose of that cable? (It's too short to be used for a laptop at the table)
If it is specially designed for conference room use, why does it have DisplayPort outputs instead of HDMI? Conference room displays use HDMI. Desktop monitors use DisplayPort. I understand there are adapters that allow you to convert the formats, but that doesn't seem ideal for a product that is designed for this use.
Displayport has edge over HDMI.

This speaker audio quality is Muddy AS FUCK, how come it has received so high fucking rating???!!! Real Test result is, the clarity of voice call pales in comparison to my 7 dollar bluetooth speaker, this is supposed to be a fucking speaker phone only for calls, why so much bass in it???

Hi, thx for really, I already called your company customer service regarding this exact issue several days ago, now I need to know how to completely remove the bass effect( of the output sound) from this speaker phone ? If tearing it down to remove a bass woofer can fix it, please send me instructions how to do it, this Sync 20 is supposed to be used for business conference, online calls, etc , it should have very clear vocal sound instead of heavy bass which is only needed for music speakers, so this product is a failure/, it only looks stylish , high end. But muddy vocal sound ( output sound) for calling is a huge failure

what are the maximum dimensions of the camera? I have many rooms with "cut outs" in the wall which currently hold an EEIV 12X camera and I would like to replace them with this, but this camera looks taller and I'm not sure it will fit. I can't find the dimensions anywhere!
